Body, mental and soul keeping cultivation

All I have done till now was connected with „do something for supporting the people around me” for making them happy or trust themselves.

My values are ‘life’ based on equilibrum and harmony by consumming natural aliments.
Open air activity and auto-disciplne, respect for nature, human beeings or for art and all that makes the soul happy, support for people and collaboration.

Once the discipline and the martial arts philosophy were intimate, I was trained in taking on of some medical techniques based on oriental traditional principles .Our motto at the gym was: „ Before hitting you must know to heal”. .

Having as a hobby gastronomy, I wanted to learn more about cooking art, nutrition principles of the active aliments and their share inside the body. The fact that I attended cooking courses with international recognition helps me in practicing diet-therapy by taste, harmonious combination of aliments, cooking way and potentiating of active principles of nutrition.

I completed these courses with knowledge of Reiki and Silva Mind Control, fact that helped me to deepen energy healing techniques and understand the potential of the human mind.

In the last years my final orientation was the alternative medicine techniques, taking as a mentor one of the best practitioners of Chinese Medicine in Bucharest, Dr Victor Chirita. I attended as a technician masseur and I am a student at the Health College Fundeni, physio-spa – kinetotherapy.
